Careers
What the work is, what the machine park asks of the people who run it, and where open positions are announced.
What the work is
Parts drawn by the customer, in batches that pass through the operations published on this site: sawing, turning, five-axis milling, grinding and wire EDM, 3D measurement. The work follows the drawing and the tolerance, with a dimensional report that leaves alongside the batch - not an in-house part repeated forever.
The customers are in Germany and the Czech Republic, so the documentation weighs as much as the part. Working here means drawings in three languages, tolerances out of ISO 286, and coordinate measuring machines rather than a caliper alone.
The trades around the park
Each operation below calls for someone who commands it: setting and programming, preparing the material, measuring. The machine park describes the work more precisely than a job advertisement - each page sets out the machines and what they require.
- 01 Sawing and material preparation Two dual-column bandsaws cut bar stock and sections up to 560 mm. Stress relieving is done in-house, on the sawn blank, before machining.
- 02 CNC turning Ten CNC lathes, mostly Mazak, many with live tooling and a few of those also with a Y-axis. Bar-fed or chucked components up to Ø600 mm.
- 03 CNC milling and 5-axis The Mazak CV5-500 Smooth X machines complex parts in a single set-up on five simultaneous axes, up to Ø500 × 320 mm. For prismatic work, the Haas VF-2.
- 04 Surface grinding Surface grinding on a magnetic table, after CNC machining: flatness, parallelism and a fine finish on functional faces, hardened parts included.
- 05 Wire EDM Wire EDM for complex contours, keyways and hardened parts up to 500 mm thick.
- 06 3D measurement and inspection Two coordinate measuring machines - a ZEISS CONTURA and a TESA MICRO-HITE 3D - cover the whole flow: first article, in-process control and the dimensional report that ships with the batch.
20 machines in the park, described on the machine park page.
Open positions
Positions are published here, each with its title, its requirements and a named contact. A general advertisement helps nobody: someone preparing to apply wants to know which machine, which shift and what experience.
No position is published on this site at the moment.
Submitting an application
