This page carries no customer logos. It explains why, what can be verified instead, and what is provided on request when METALPET is qualified as a supplier.
Why there are no names here
A drawing that reaches METALPET stays at METALPET. The request form carries an option for a non-disclosure agreement, and the rule applies without it as well: the customer name, the part, the quantity and any photographs of it are not published without written consent.
The rule cuts both ways. A website displaying ten logos also reveals who buys from that supplier, and what they buy.
What can be verified instead
Without customer names, what remains are the facts about the company, the same in all our material. No customer name appears anywhere on this site, not even in the company history: 2004 is recorded there as the start of exporting, not as a list of buyers.
- 1998
- The company is founded in a workshop with four conventional machines, one heat-treatment furnace and one grinding machine.
- 2004
- The start of exporting: the first direct deliveries to Germany and the Czech Republic, covering more than 150 part numbers. The product range diversifies and the workshop grows to 380 m².
- 2019
- The hall is extended to 800 m². The machine park was built up gradually, over the years, not in a single year.
The sectors we deliver into
Each has its own page, written around what the sector asks of a part and of its documentation.
What is provided during supplier qualification
Four documents, three of them already public on this site and printable immediately. The fourth is provided on request.
- The capability profile
- Work envelope, processes and batch documents, on one printable page.
- The full machine list
- The whole park, with each machine’s specifications.
- The documents that ship with the batch
- A 3.1 or 3.2 material certificate to EN 10204, a dimensional report, traceability to the heat number.
- Named references, on request
- Asked for case by case, with that customer’s consent. Not promised in advance, because the consent is not ours to give.
When a case study appears here
On two conditions, both mandatory: the customer’s written consent, and measured figures rather than estimates. The form is the same every time - the problem on the drawing, the manufacturing route chosen, the measured result - and the customer stays anonymous where they prefer it. A case study without those two conditions remains an account with no evidential value at supplier qualification.
