The data submitted is processed solely in order to answer the technical request received. It is not sold, not used for profiling and not transferred outside the European Union.

What data we collect
Through the request for quotation form: name, company, email address, telephone, country, part description, quantity, material, tolerances, target date and the files uploaded. The time of consent and a cryptographic fingerprint of the IP address are recorded separately, not the address itself.
For what purpose
For the technical assessment of the part, the preparation of the quotation and the communication around it. The drawings received are shown to no third party.
Legal basis
Article 6(1)(b) GDPR - steps taken at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract, and Article 6(1)(a) for the consent given when the form is submitted.
How long we keep it
Requests that do not lead to a contract are deleted after 24 months. Where a request results in a contract, the statutory accounting retention periods apply.
Rights of the data subject
The data subject has the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, as well as the right to withdraw consent at any time, and may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
