Simultaneous 5-axis vertical machining center. A Ø500 mm trunnion table supported at both ends, for complex parts machined in a single setup.

Simultaneous five-axis vertical machining centre for complex geometries and three-dimensional surfaces. The tilting rotary table gives the tool access to several faces of the part in one setup, which removes repositioning errors and shortens the cycle. The Mazatrol SmoothX control supports programming, simulation and path control. Suited to precision components for energy, automotive, medical and machine building.

The largest CNC lathe in the park, for large-diameter parts and heavy bar stock.

High-capacity three-axis CNC turning centre for heavy parts and large diameters. A rigid structure and a main spindle of high power and torque allow intensive roughing as well as accurate finishing. It suits shafts, flanges, rollers, bushes and components used in energy and plant construction, including long or bulky parts.

CNC lathe with live tooling and a Y-axis: turning, milling and off-center drilling in one setup.

Four-axis CNC turning centre for medium and large parts. Driven tools, C axis and Y axis allow turning and milling, off-centre features included, in a single setup. The rigidity of the assembly and the main spindle power cover both roughing and accurate finishing of shafts, flanges, bushes and other rotational components.

CNC lathe with live tooling for milling and drilling integrated into the turning cycle.

Three-axis CNC turning centre for medium and large parts. The M configuration, with driven tools and C axis, integrates turning, drilling, tapping and milling. The rigidity of the machine gives stability in roughing as well as finishing, and CNC programming holds repeatability across batches of different sizes: shafts, flanges, bushes and components with face or radial features.

Rugged CNC lathe for medium-sized parts and long turning lengths.

Robust CNC turning centre for medium and large parts. It performs external and internal turning, profiling, grooving, drilling and threading with high accuracy and repeatability. A powerful main spindle and an automatic turret suit it to steels, non-ferrous alloys and other engineering materials: shafts, flanges, bushes and rotational components, one-off or in series.

CNC lathe with live tooling, used for medium-series precision components.

Three-axis CNC turning centre of the Nexus II generation, with driven tools and C axis. It combines turning, drilling, tapping and milling, reducing the number of setups and the need to move the part to other machines. A rigid build and the Mazatrol control support accurate machining of medium parts, in series or in mixed batches.

Compact CNC lathe with live tooling, for small and medium bar-fed parts.

Three-axis CNC turning centre for small and medium parts. The M configuration adds driven tools and C-axis control, so turning combines with drilling, tapping and milling in a single setup. That integration removes transfers between machines and improves the accuracy between the machined features.

The Y-axis version of the QT-200: off-center milling and drilling without a second setup.

Four-axis CNC turning centre with driven tools, C axis and Y axis. Besides ordinary turning it produces off-centre holes and milled features, slots, flats and contours that do not lie on the part axis. Complete machining in one setup raises geometric accuracy and shortens the route.

Compact CNC lathe for small bar-fed parts in repeat series.

Compact, fast three-axis CNC turning centre for small and medium parts. Driven tools and the C axis allow drilling, tapping and milling alongside turning. It suits repetitive production of components with varied geometry, with short cycle times and good dimensional accuracy; integrated machining reduces the number of operations and setups.

The smallest CNC lathe in the park, high-speed, for small precision components.

Compact three-axis CNC turning centre for small components. Driven tools and C-axis control make turning, drilling, tapping and milling possible within the same cycle. Working speed, short positioning times and repeatability recommend it for series production of small, complex parts.

Control
Mazatrol SmoothG

Large-bore, long-bed CNC lathe with live tooling, for long bar-fed components.

Three-axis CNC turning centre in the long-bed version, for large parts and long shafts. Driven tools and the C axis allow turning together with drilling, tapping and milling. The Mazatrol SmoothG control offers conversational programming, simulation and close process control, for heavy machining that holds accuracy over long lengths.

3-axis vertical machining center for prismatic parts, fixtures and series components.

Compact, versatile vertical machining centre for milling, drilling, boring and tapping. Three controlled axes cover prismatic parts, housings, plates and components of complex geometry. The automatic tool changer and CNC programming cut idle time and hold repeatability from part to part, for prototypes and small batches as well as series production.

Surface grinder with magnetic chuck, for precision surfaces and hardened parts.

Surface grinding machine with hydraulic control and feeds, for precision finishing of flat surfaces. A work table in the 500 × 1000 mm class takes medium and large parts. It is used for close dimensional tolerances, flatness, parallelism and low roughness: plates, guideways, die components, fixtures and other parts that need precise finishing after milling or heat treatment.

Wire EDM for complex contours, keyways and hardened parts that cannot be cut conventionally.

CNC wire EDM machine with reciprocating wire, for high-precision cutting of electrically conductive materials whatever their hardness. The process makes no mechanical contact, so complex contours, narrow slots, small radii and shapes hard to obtain by cutting become possible. It suits dies, punches, gauges, fixtures and precision components; CNC control holds path repeatability and keeps mechanical load on the part low.

Dual-column bandsaw for cutting bar stock and sections up to 560 mm.

Semi-automatic twin-column industrial band saw for 0° cutting of bars, tubes, profiles and heavy blanks. Hydraulic clamping on both sides of the blade, stepless speed control and chip removal deliver stable, accurate cuts with little burr. Its robust build suits it to preparing material ahead of machining.

Cutting capacity, round

Blade size
6,040 × 54 mm

Semi-automatic dual-column bandsaw with PLC control and automatic hydraulic blade tensioning.

Semi-automatic industrial band saw with a rigid twin-column structure, for accurate cutting of large metal blanks. It handles bars and workpieces of round, square or rectangular section. Hydraulic vices and blade tensioning, sturdy guides and adjustable cutting speed give stability, repeatability and low vibration.

In-house stress relieving on the sawn blank, ahead of machining, for the dimensional stability of the finished part.

Industrial furnaces for controlled heating and heat treatment of parts and blanks: annealing, stress relieving, normalising, hardening or tempering, according to material and thermal cycle. Temperature control and uniform holding inside the chamber support the intended mechanical and structural properties. Two units mean batches can be organised more flexibly and the flow stays continuous.

Coordinate measuring machine for incoming, in-process and final inspection, with repeatable measuring programmes.

Three-dimensional coordinate measuring machine for accurate checking of dimensions and geometry: points, diameters, distances, angles, positions, flatness, perpendicularity and other geometrical characteristics. By comparing results against the drawing or the CAD model it supports incoming inspection, intermediate checks and final inspection. Measuring programmes bring traceability and repeatability.

Coordinate measuring machine for quick checks near the shop floor: validating parts and setting up processes.

Three-dimensional coordinate measuring machine for quick, accurate checking of parts in the inspection area or close to production. It determines dimensions, positions and geometrical deviations by probing part features along the three axes. The operating interface makes both single measurements and repeated inspection sequences straightforward: releasing parts, setting up processes and confirming conformity.

The park comprises 20 machines. The categories and their counts are listed below, machine by machine.
